“With an extensive business career spanning across diverse industries, I deeply recognise the significance of having the right talent within an organisation. Throughout my years of conducting interviews, I have observed a common occurrence: candidates experiencing nervousness, trembling, sweating, and even shedding tears. It became my mission to alleviate their anxiety and witness their true potential, ensuring their strengths were identified and matched with the perfect position. This realisation highlighted the absence of a life skill that is seldom taught – the ability to confidently face an interview. Irrespective of one’s background, the fear of being interviewed remains universal.

The transformative power of connection became evident when I started guiding candidates and businesses through the recruitment process. Witnessing the change in candidates’ demeanour, as they shifted from anxious to composed and self-assured, was immensely gratifying. For organisations, having support in talent acquisition allowed them to focus on their core operations and strategic goals.

What truly ignited my passion was the opportunity to make a genuine difference. I aspire to empower more individuals by equipping them with simple yet impactful tools to transform their lives, while also helping businesses thrive.
